| Summary | Data from a total of 21 sites was analysed, covering 10 prospective wind farm regions, at 10 minute resolution. The correlation relationships (r-squared values) were explored for different averaging periods; 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 6 hours and 24 hours. A theoretical wind farm power curve was applied to the wind data to create a theoretical wind farm power output time series at each of the sites.
