| Summary | In this report the following issues will be addressed: What could be the role of the EU-ETS in generating market-based incentives both within Europe and in the Netherlands in order to be able to develop CCS into a mature set of technologies within the next 10 to 15 years? Would the current set of incentives announced be sufficient to help CCS develop as such? |
