| Summary | Generation costs increase with 18%. This increase in costs can be attributed to the rise in operating costs. The operating costs are however uncertain as sources differ much in reported operational costs. At the moment only the report of CE Delft has been used which is based on numbers from 4 older reports (MIT, 2003 ; RAE, 2004 ; DTI, 2006 and IEA, 2006). |
